Engaged in the mining, exploration and acquisition of gold properties in some of Southern Africa's most prospective regions.

Assets:
The mineral assets of the Company are in the form of prospecting and mining rights. The prospecting rights cover some 16,000 ha of highly prospective mineral terrain in the historical Barberton Goldfield of South Africa. The properties contain many dormant mines, known gold deposits and other geologically favourable prospects which have not yet been examined using modern exploration and mining techniques. The mining rights cover the Lily and Barbrook mines.
